Send the club a small promo pack with a 4 song demo (they will never listen to your full CD) with a short, short bio (they don't care what High School every member of the band went to) and a list of accomplishments. Make a follow up call a few weeks later - but don't bug em'! Be prepared to play on a Tuesday night as the opener for no money.
